What you do is pick out a workout for each day. The choices are:
- walk 45 mins at level 7
- DVD workout video
- jog 60 mins at level 9
- run 45 mins at level 8
- Take the day off
- jump rope 5 mins, 1 min. of jumping jacks in sequence of 4, and then stretch for 2 mins.
- walk 30 mins at level 7
